Personal information disposal procedure and method

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after it has been used for the purpose for which it was obtained. The procedure and method for destroying personal information are as follows.

∙ Destruction procedure

The information entered for quote requests, training requests, e-newsletter subscription, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in case of paper), and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time according to company policies and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to Period of retention and use)

Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than the legally permitted use.

∙ Destruction method

-      Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that prevents reproduction

-      Records, prints, written, or any other written forms are destroyed or incinerated
